  • Thales Tax pleaded before the Court of Justice of the European Union an important case regarding the deferral of Definitively Taxed Income (DTI) in the context of mergers (Valérie-Anne de Brauwere)
  • Thales IP represented a Belgian phytopharmaceutical company in the context of a longstanding patent violation case brought against it by the patent holder.   • Thales Corporate represented the shareholders of a Belgian group specialised in the distribution of pharmaceutical products in Africa in the context of the sale of a majority participation to a French counterpart active in the same sector (Alexis Wochenmarkt)
