Corporate

She has extensive experience in corporate and company law, both in the operation of companies and in the acquisition, transformation and restructuring of companies. In this capacity, she assists companies and individuals in all aspects related to these matters both at the advisory level, the drafting of contracts and deeds, and in litigation.

From 2006 to 2013, she was an assistant at the Faculty of Law of the Université Libre de Bruxelles, with Professor Valérie Simonart. She has also published various articles on forced redemption proceedings (corporate law). From 2016 to 2020, she was also a professor in civil procedure for the bar exam at the French Bar Association of Brussels. In 2019, she completed training to become a certified mediator in civil and commercial matters.
