- Thales Commercial assists, together with our partner firm in EU competition matters, a major airline in several unfair market practice cases (Alexis Wochenmarkt, partner).
- Thales Employment has successfully assisted a client confronted to a discrimination claim based on the prohibition to wear the Islamic headscarf during the working hours. Thales Employment won the case before the Brussels labour court. The court confirmed the validity of the prohibition. The case will probably be appealed (Marie Michaud-Nérard, partner).
- Thales Tax was responsible for the asset transfer of a major international family group. Valérie-Anne de Brauwere and her team dealt with the intergenerational aspects of governance, as well as Belgian and international legal and tax aspects of estate transmission (Valérie-Anne Brauwere, partner).
