Thales Corporate acted as legal adviser to Partena Professional in its acquisition of a 37% stake in Persolis S.A. Persolis S.A. is an IT service provider assitsting SPA HCM and Talentsoft customers to optimize systems for the HR Department (Alexis Wochenmarkt, partner).

Thales Corporate assisted an investor with its acquisition and onwards sale of a company in the iron and steel industry in the framework of a judicial reorganization procedure. The transaction involved lengthy negotiations with trade unions and public authorities and novel questions with respect to the reorganization procedure (Rodolphe Horion,  partner).

Thales Tax s’est chargée de la restructuration d’un groupe franco-belgo-luxembourgeois, avec le regroupement des sociétés opérationnelles sous une holding active, l’émission d’obligations et l’optimisation des flux financiers intra-groupe et en faveur des actionnaires (Valérie-Anne de Brauwere, partner).

Thales Tax a réalisé la restructuration d’un groupe européen, notamment par fusion par absorption d’une société anglaise et d’une société luxembourgeoise par la société belge du groupe (Christelle Wils, counsel).
